Upon hiring Squiggles and Giggles to design and build your web site you will be sent a contract via e mail that may be mailed or faxed (the fax number will be supplied to you) back to us.  No site shall be published and no site files will be released without a signed copy of the form in our possession!

     We will speak with you via e mail and by phone to get a feel for what you want for your web site.  We will ask for photos, graphics, text and other information from you to use in the completion of your web site.  Timely delivery of the items we request from you is appreciated and will speed up the process of getting your site built and delivered.  We will do all we can to accommodate your requests for your web site.    If you are having a site built for a company you are a representative for we will follow all guidelines laid out by your company for your personal web site (provided by you).  If your company does not allow you to have a personal web site, we can not create one for you.

     We create custom packages for each individual client.  We can combine web site, banner and button design- just web site- just banner and button, etc.  We also offer a site maintenance program at a very reasonable rate that we will explain to you upon inquiry of our services.

     Squiggles and Giggles now offers our own web hosting.  We will ONLY publish sites we have designed with our own hosting.  If you are opting to go with another hosting site, your files will be sent to you after design completion and you will be responsible for your own publishing.  We do not offer maintenance on sites we did not publish. If you are opting to go with our maintenance program we will retain full access to your hosting account- as will you.  Full hosting details will be sent to you with your contract upon hiring Squiggles and Giggles.

     If you are familiar with FrontPage and wish to maintain your web site on your own, all files will be sent to you compressed via e mail.  No hosting account will be set up for you by Squiggles and Giggles unless you opt to use our hosting services.

     If you are purchasing only a hosting account, please allow up to 24 hours for account set up.  All details for your account will be sent to you upon account creation completion.  Please be sure you fill out the order form completely. Payment must be received before an account will be created.

     Payment is expected in a timely manner upon completion of the website and before publication or any files are turned over.  Full payment details will be outlined in the contract you will need to sign and an invoice will be sent to you.  Once payment has been made there will be NO REFUNDS!  Your site will be temporarily published in order for you to view it in a full working manner- you will have a chance to make changes at that time.  Once it has been okayed, published or files turned over and payment made, the transaction is complete.  Because of the nature of this business and the fact that we will have put the design time into your project we will not offer any refunds. 

     Completion times will vary depending on the projects we currently are working on and/or have lined up.  You will be given a "week done date"  upon hiring Squiggles and Giggles.  This is not a certain completion date but rather an estimate of the week your project will be finished.  We try very hard to complete projects in a timely manner.

     All copyright information MUST remain intact.  Any graphics or photos we use with permission may require a small copyright statement to be used. - You will be signing off on this point in your contract. A copyright release for any original graphics, web sites or logos designed by us may be purchased.  Please contact us for information.  Any logos or original graphics designed by us MUST have a copyright release purchased in order to use the design on any product labeling, brick and mortar signage or other use outside of website or paper marketing use.

     Once your site is completed it will be put in our portfolio page along with a link to your web site.
